Abstract submission
If you want to give a talk or present a poster during the conference, we will ask you to submit the following information in the conference registration form linked above. Please note that the descriptions of the abstract submission requirements are also available in the registration form.
Title
The full title of your submission using Title Case. This title will appear in the programme.
Abstract
The abstract of your submission (max 300 words; references do not count for the word max). If you are using references, please mention them in the abstract with numbers, gathering them after the abstract, in numerical order, following the APA style (i.e. 1. Reference 1; 2. Reference 2; … ).
Keywords
Up to 5 keywords that better describe your work, separating them with commas (e.g. neurobiology, behaviour, electrophysiology, neuroimaging, molecular biology).
Authors and Affiliations
The names of ALL authors in the order in which you wish them to appear in the printed text. Follow the scheme “Name 1, Affiliation 1; Name 2, Affiliation 2; (…)” (e.g. Laura Smith, University College London; John Doe, University of Lisbon).
All Authors Emails
The emails of ALL authors, separated by commas (e.g. laura.smith@gmail.com, john.doe@gmail.com, … ).
Type of Presentation
Indicate whether you wish to be considered for a talk or a poster. Important: if you choose to give a talk but your abstract is not selected, you will be automatically considered for a poster presentation.
